Celebrating Julia

"Celebrating Julia at 100" will take place at Miami Dade College's Wolfson campus, Miami Culinary Institute (MCI) and the historic Freedom Tower.
The day's festivities will begin at 10:30 am, including three consecutive seminars, Julia's Birthday Bash Cocktail Party at 5:00 pm, and crowning the day's events, an intimate dinner party at Tuyo Restaurant (atop the MCI building) at 7:30 pm.
Net proceeds benefit Les Dames d'Escoffier Legacy Awards.
