DSC01404Les Dames d’Escoffier Awards Legacy and Scholarship luncheon honoring Melissa Michel and Olivia Agrenot took place recently at the very popular Smith and Wollensky Restaurant in Miami Beach.

As huge ships floated by the river-side restaurant, providing guests front seat views of our amazing naval vessels, Les Dames Miami Chapter enjoyed appetizers of either mixed green salad possibilities or la soupe du DSC01403jour, which was a rich pea soup or a luxurious mushroom soup. All courses were accompanied by warm dinner rolls and whipped creamy butter.

Entrees choices were specially prepared by the restaurant in order to offer a green infused Wollensky salad with Filet tips, Pan Seared Salmon or free range Chicken, served with whipped potatoes and steamed seasonal vegetables were also on the table.

La Piece de Resistance desserts included warm Molten Chocolate cake or slices of New York cheesecake. Guests enjoyed beverages which ranged from freshly brewed regular and decaf coffee, herbal teas and delectable wines.
