Chef Ramesh’s Salmon Special

 

This past Saturday, Chef Ramesh Kaduru was interviewed on Jimmy Cefalo’s Eat This, Drink That, Go! radio program. Jimmy and his staff tasted samples of the chef’s salmon appetizer in reduced balsamic vinegar and could not stop raving about the lightness and tastiness of the delicious dish. Chef Ramesh described the menu he is preparing for Les Dames d’Escoffier’s fundraising Gala on November 16, 2013 starting at 6:30 p.m. Cefalo encouraged everyone to buy tickets for the event and enjoy what will be an “Unforgettable Gourmet Evening.”

The new French Consul in Miami, Monsieur Philippe Letrilliart and his wife, will be among the special guests enjoying the 5-course dinner and excellent wines at the Ritz-Carlton, Coconut Grove soiree. Chef Michael Schwartz, James Beard Foundation award winner, will be honored for his outstanding and dedicated service to the community.
