Chef Ramesh Kaduru presents: A Passage to India-An Authentic Indian Pop-Up Restaurant

Chef Kaduru, originally from Chennai, India and who is presently preparing delicious dishes at the Ritz-Carlton in Coconut Grove is waiting to dazzle you with foods and flavors from his home country. Now through November 3rd Chef Kaduru will offer authentic dishes such as Dal Ke Shorba soup with crispy Papadam, Saffron Basmati rice, Aloo Choole, (potato, chick pea stew), Malai Kofta Curry (Potato and cheese dumplings, cashew fondue), Mughali Chicken and Masala Shrimp, in his pop-up restaurant by the garden at the Ritz Carlton located at 3300 SW 27th Ave.

By the way, Chef Kaduru will be preparing the scrumptious meals for Les Dames d’Escoffier’s annual dinner which will take place on November 16th from 5 to 10:00 p.m. The dinner will honor James Beard award-winning Chef Michael Schwartz and proceeds from ticket sales will raise funds for scholarships, educational opportunities, agricultural programs, kitchen equipment and counseling services to area women and children in need.
