“Celebrating Julia at 100” will take place at Miami Dade College’s Wolfson
campus, Miami Culinary Institute (MCI) and the historic Freedom Tower.

The day’s festivities will begin at 10:30 am, including three consecutive
seminars, Julia’s Birthday Bash Cocktail Party at 5:00 pm, and crowning the
day’s events, an intimate dinner party at Tuyo Restaurant (atop the MCI
building) at 7:30 pm.

Net proceeds benefit Les Dames d’Escoffier Legacy Awards.

Join us for a cocktail party at the iconic Miami Freedom Tower (part of the
MCI campus) featuring small plates and sweets crafted by the talented MCI Chef’s
Council and their friends. Enjoy festive libations and participate in an
exciting gastronomic culinary/travel-themed silent auction.

Julia’s Birthday Dinner Party Menu Centenaire

Staged atop the MCI building at Tuyo Restaurant and orchestrated by Chef
Norman Van Aken, this Julia- inspired five-course intimate dinner party will
crown the day’s events. Bon Appetit!
