R
ecently, four of us tantalized our taste buds with the Dim Sum lunch at Hakkasan. The place is formidable. Exotic woodwork dividers and soft lighting set the Zen-like mood. Each restaurant has a regular menu but as expected we chose the Spice menu which included steamed Mini Char Siew Buns, Dumplings, Spinach Beef Shui Mai, Cumin Lamb skewers, roasted Garlic Spare Ribs, stir-fried Shanghai Bok Choi with Ginger Oil, spicy Sesame Bean Curd Skin Cheung Fun and a decadent dessert.

A couple of bottles of wine made the afternoon even more memorable!
Well, after all… there were four of us.

Most of the restaurants participating in this delectable promotion feature just about every cuisine found in the world, as well as some eclectic inventions created by many of our innovative star chefs.

A
fter a delectable meal, take a walk around the resort and check out the pastry shop and other amenities available for visitors. Each of the four restaurants has some restrictions as far as days for the special prices, for instance, the Dim Sum Lunch at Hakkasan is only available Saturdays and Sundays!
